Award-winner: Altered a non linear and cerebral story on an emotional topic. Think of Donnie Darko meets Hope Floats, when a young woman returning to her home town after 10 years. Is the universe created of multiple verses or is she unstable? Scify/Drama. Non-linear. On top ten list for five weeks and up for May script of the month at Talentville.
Baby M@ker When a scrappy young woman falls for a polished doctor, it seems almost too good to be true, but then she meets Mama. Psychological horror/Suspense. Our newest script and first array into horror. Check out our Facebook page for the script.
Extreme Love When a quirky extreme sports dude turns 30, he loses his trust fund, and must make a go of his web series, or grow up and get a real job. Finally, a rom-com for the dudes, and he has new rules. Lots of found footage along with traditional cinematography. The pacing will be fast with extreme sports footage sprinkled through a more traditional storyline to feel fresh and very twenty first century. Dramedy/Action. Check out our Pinterest Look Book for the script.
Award-winner: Acquired Taste for Brooklyn has enjoyed positive feedback from table reads and friends. Let us know if you're looking for a Gangsta, Action, Thrilla set in NYC and Mexico. Also, it has advanced to the semi-finals in the 2011 title competition for the Blue Cat Screenwriting. Script of the Month: Bronze Medal: January 2014, Weekly Top Ten List: Weeks on Chart: 4 Peak Position: #1 (January 27, 2014) at Talentville. This has a Flash Dance meets El Mariachi vibe...very gritty, tragedy.
Award-winner: Shades of Technicolor is a coming of age story set in the seventies and deals with racial integration in a Southern high school. It was a second rounder in the Austin Film Festival. Drama.
Award-winner: If you like Glee, you'll love Band Mom, a feature comedy script about a controlling mom an irreverent cast of rag tag bands trying to make it big. Perfect vehicle for an A-list actress and ensemble cast of newbies. It's raunchy but could be toned down for a PG13 rating. This screenplay advanced to quarterfinals in the Blue Cat Screenwriting competition. Comedy.
Garden of Eve is a feature drama script about what happens to a couple when they lose everything that matters and have to find the emotional space to begin again. Currently, we’re trying out Amazon Studios. Drama. Non-linear.
